Body FX Email Coaching is a 1-on-1 experience with our own BFX fitness celebrity, Jaana Kunitz. Jaana gives you personalized support, guidance, and encouragement so you can get the results you’ve always wanted.
Jaana creates a new theme every month that will keep you engaged and motivated. This mindset training will help release your inner athlete, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Yes, you can jump in and sign up for Coaching right away! Jaana will help you build a strong foundation that’ll support your weight loss and fitness goals. You will learn how to modify your exercises, start eating clean and, most importantly, learn how to become the champion of your own life. Everything is explained in the emails. Just follow Jaana’s lead and enjoy the ride!
As soon as you enroll in Body FX you will be automatically enrolled in Email Mindset Coaching. If you do not start receiving emails within 48 hours please notify us at email@example.com.
The Email Coaching and entry into the Challenges are FREE to paid Body FX members. Please go to BodyFX.com to sign up.
The Email Coaching and Challenge receive the same content including daily emails, workout schedule, recipes, grocery lists, and meal plans. The only difference is that the Challenge requires a photo and measurement submission for the chance to compete for cash and accessory prizes.

No, you can follow the Challenge without needing to submit photos or videos. However, before and after photos are required to participate in winning prizes.
There will be ten prizes awarded each month. The top three participants with the greatest results will each win $500. Seven others will receive Body FX Gear.
Once you sign-up, you’ll receive an email from Body FX with information on how to log-in and access your workout schedule. Most of our workouts use your body weight only. There are a couple of workouts that utilize basic resistance bands which you can purchase at shop.bodyfx.com.

You’ll receive daily emails from your coach, Jaana, to help you on your fitness journey beginning on the 1st of each month. This will include the Workout of the Day, Meal Plans, Mindset Training and Tips for success.
Yes, the daily Email Coaching and Mindset Training emails will provide nutritional guidance and suggested grocery lists.
While we recommend our meal plan for the best results, you can certainly follow your own diet while benefiting from the workout schedule and daily tips. You can still participate in the fun games and drawings associated with the Challenge and benefit from the community support!

You will receive daily Email Coaching from Jaana Kunitz—fitness instructor, creator of the Figure 8 workout program and the creative director at Body FX. Her emails are very educational, motivational and entertaining so you stay on track every single day until you hit the finish line.

All of the Challenge materials— programs, ebooks and community support— are online. So there are no reasons to fail, only all of the resources to succeed!
7 days before the Challenge begins, you will get a personal video invitation from Jaana where she explains all of the details for the upcoming Challenge.
5 days before the Challenge begins, you will receive your first grocery list via email so that you have time to go grocery shopping and get the necessary food items for the upcoming week.
If you decide to work toward winning the cash prize, you will need to take your starting photos and measurements and send them to us. You’ll receive instructions on how to do that via email.
After you complete the Body FX Challenge, you will be ready to take your ‘after’ photos and send them to us. We will email you instructions on how to do this. Then, at the end of the Challenge, we will announce the top winners!
The grocery list and soup emails will be sent 1 week prior to the beginning of the Challenge. If you just signed up, please allow a couple of hours for the grocery list and soup emails to come through. Please also check your spam or junk folder. The Challenge workouts range from 20-60 minutes.
You will make the soup, divide it into 10 servings, and eat 1 serving for all 5 meals a day, for two days.
- Breakfast— 1 serving of soup
- Morning snack— 1 serving of soup
- Lunch— 1 serving of soup
- Afternoon snack— 1 serving of soup
- Dinner— 1 serving of soup
You can also make extra soup in case you are sharing with your family or get extra hungry and need to add an extra serving to your day.
The Challenge workouts range from 20-60 minutes. You have four workout options each day, so if you’re short on time, choose a shorter one! As far as food goes, we recommend setting aside an hour or two per week to meal prep. This way your food is ready to go and all you have to do is reheat. You’ll receive your Grocery Lists with the daily menus ahead of time so you can prepare.
While we recommend our meal plan for the best results, you certainly can follow your own diet while benefitting from the workout schedule and daily tips. You can still participate in the fun games and drawings associated with the Challenge and benefit from the community support!
You must sign up by the 5th of the month to participate in the current Challenge. Otherwise, you can register, but you will be entered into the following month’s Challenge.
